The agentic balance sheet
Your net worth, finally acting like it knows you.
Nova brings the scattered pieces of your financial life into a single picture — and then it moves. Multi-entity from day one. Illiquid assets auto-valued. Every suggestion cites the rows it used. Built for operators, founders, and families whose balance sheet is more than one checking account.
No signup — it runs the real engine on sample data.

A $42,000 checking balance could be dragging $1,446/year after a 3-month operating buffer. Nova would surface moving $30,000 to a money market fund like Schwab SWVXX (4.83% 7-day yield as of writing) as a candidate scenario — you decide.
It acts.
Monarch is a dashboard. Kubera is a spreadsheet. Empower is a sales funnel. Nova proposes specific moves with the math attached. You decide. It shows the numbers and tracks whether you acted.
Multi-entity, natively.
Personal, LLC, trust, joint household. One balance sheet, switchable views, real tax-entity boundaries. The way wealth is actually structured.
Auto-valued.
Real estate, precious metals, and crypto are priced automatically — real estate against live market comps, metals and crypto against spot. The illiquid half of your balance sheet stays current without a spreadsheet.
Multi-entity model
The day you add an LLC, every other tracker becomes useless.
Personal, business, trust, household. One balance sheet, switchable views, real tax-entity boundaries — the way wealth is actually structured.

Security & data
Your balance sheet stays yours.
Read-only, always
Plaid connections are read-only. Nova can see your balances and holdings; it cannot move money or initiate transfers — there is no write path.
Encrypted at every layer
TLS in transit. Sensitive credentials sealed at rest with AES-256-GCM envelope encryption — a separate encryption key per record, wrapped by a master key held outside the database.
Your data is yours
Ask us to export or delete your account and everything — accounts, holdings, suggestions, audit log — is removed within 30 days. No dark patterns, no retention games.
We don't sell data, ever
No ad tech, no data brokers, no anonymized resale. Your data trains nothing outside your own account. Revenue is subscriptions — full stop.
FAQ
The questions we get most.
How is this different from Monarch or Copilot?
Those are dashboards — they show you the number. Nova proposes specific moves with the math attached: move $X from checking into a money-market fund earning more, or harvest $Y in losses before year-end to offset your gains. Every suggestion shows its inputs, the formula, and a confidence range. You stay the decision-maker; the math is finally visible.
When does early access open?
In waves through Q3 2026, with a direct line to the build for early members. We're working with a small group of design partners now — operators with multi-entity household balance sheets — to make sure the entity model is right before we open it up.
What happens to my data?
Stored encrypted at rest, transmitted over TLS. We don't sell it, share it with ad tech, or feed it to anything outside your own account's reasoning. You can request a full export or deletion at any time — everything is removed within 30 days. See the security section above.
Is this investment advice?
No. Nova is an educational tool — it surfaces math and structural moves you could consider. It does not personalize for your full situation, your tax bracket, or your risk tolerance. For tax, legal, or investment advice specific to you, talk to a licensed professional.
What if I don't have an LLC or a trust yet?
You don't need one. Start with a single personal entity; add a household roll-up if you have a partner. When you do form an LLC or a trust, you add it as a sibling entity and Nova shows you the consolidated picture automatically. Multi-entity is the headline because it's the killer feature, not because it's required.
Does this work for a portfolio in the millions?
Yes — that's the design target. We model lots, basis, illiquid holdings (real estate, metals, crypto, and manual entries for art or private equity), and entity-level tax boundaries by default. Every entity and account type is included in the one plan. If you have something unusual on your balance sheet, mention it on the waitlist signup and we'll make sure it's covered.
